As a Service Delivery Specialist for Data Analytics, you’ll be the bridge between the business, IT project teams, and support teams, fostering strong partnerships and acting as their trusted advisor and go-to contact.
You will make an impact by actively contributing to and supporting the following areas:
- Maintaining a good overview of support capabilities and adapting the support model as needed in the Data Foundation area.
- Ensure that information in tickets (Demands, Incidents, or Change Requests) is correct.
- Ensure that HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) processes are followed and documentation is available to enable the support team.
- Ensure that the support team for your areas is performing according to Arla standards when solving incidents and service requests.
- Support our Business and IT colleagues as an escalation point for support and enhancements.
- Facilitating collaboration with Agile Release Trains and subsequent transition to IT Operations is essential in ensuring a seamless and successful handover of solutions.

A quick learner, you’ll need to develop expertise in Data Analytics, recognizing the connections between technologies and the dependencies that emerge within them.
- 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering.
- Familiarity with any of the following is a strong plus:
- Data Foundation concepts
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Azure DevOps
- ServiceNow
- International operating environment.
